Summarize your bug Hi, Untill this time that I write about my issue There has been 3 matches in which the issue is: First and second one it registers my victory as defeat. The last match it says victory and registers it as such, But my medals get treated as if I was defeated. Pls fix. ID: zefy

Hey @zeftony thank you for reaching out! Sorry you're facing this issue. To help me investigate this further, can I get your Persona ID? It's a 13 digit number found in Settings > About. Also if you can provide any screenshots of your match history with the affected matches that would help too. Thanks!

Thanks @Balou_Stardust for the quick response. I've checked the logs and it appears as though you match went out of sync, likely due to both of you disconnecting briefly.  If this happens more frequently I recommend switching network connection if possible, such as from WiFi to cellular data. WiFi can be vulnerable to interruptions on the network so you may find cellular data more stable and can improve your gameplay. Hope this helps!

Sorry for being late, but here is my persona ID:

I will put some of my battle results screenshots in here.

It is becoming unbearable, i don't even know why i play anymore.

This didn't happen before the Cyberwheel update even if i had a bad connection it would just at least not count that battle, but now it assumes that I lost even if i have won,

THIS IS unacceptable.

By the way this never happens when i play GDI, It happens ONLY when i play NOD.

I got the same issue with my Blitz 2x Prize!
I played Nod, clearly won but it got counted as a loss. Extremely frustrating for Blitz 2x Prize....
Can you change it? Or reset my progress for free?

I have the same problem, clearly won but said deafest and subtracted 24 medals, pretty pissed as I was on a streak of 6 wins
