A Tutorial Bug that Killed my account!!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Easy. Just log into my account and you will also be stuck like me. Or get a new device. Download sims mobile. Go through the tutorial. Choose cloud save like an idiot/ then get stuck like me.

What do you expect to see? You will see my level 31 avatar stuck in the tutorial house unable to do anything at all. The coins revert back to original state after every purchase. The banner on the top with my avatars face that is suppose to minimize just stays there.

“Yes, I did chat with EA support. Still haven't heard back... Since it seems that many players suffer from this problem... Most people have their games overwritten by the tutorial,” - someone with the same issue on forums.... for years.
I lost my account due to a tutorial bug!?!
I got a new phone so I downloaded the sims mobile on it, and went through the tutorial. Halfway during the tutorial it asked me if I wanted to load saved game or local game and I chose my level 31 saved game. When I did that the persons head became bald and lost her body. Then I saw that we are stuck in the bathroom. No matter how many times I complete the collections the icon with her face on the top next to the notification like banner that says “looking good- ...” stays there. In the new game I noticed that banner should minimize every time I choose to put new furniture. SO I also noticed that after it loaded my game and I logged into it with my original device with my 31 level game, that device kicked me out because my new device is still stuck in the bathroom. So I’m kicked out of my account on both devices now. OKAY, so I try again and go through every troubleshooting option there is. Still nope. I log into my Facebook AND iCloud to find that my original level 31 avatar’s Face is next to a level one button. The outfit is there. The perfect avatar is there. But game is not. The coins and cash that I used to purchase the bathroom items would revert back to original state every time I logged in ensuring this loop that I can’t escape from. I can’t do anything now and I’m frankly a little baffled as to how this even happened in the first place. P.S. this tutorial glitch is just on my saved game. The tutorial works swimmingly on new players. Sorry the punctuation isn’t all there I am a bit frazzled atm.
