A Lot of Bugs

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except: StrangerVille, Outdoor Retreat, My First Pet Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing in any household
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims stop everything to either bake a white cake, practice programming, mold clay, ask the future cube, draw on the sketch pad or knitt
What do you expect to see? For the sims not to do any of that unless told to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sims won't stop doing the things listed above. They cancel anything that I tell them to do (eating, writing, cleaning, ...) to either mold clay, ask their future cube, sketch (I never bought any of those), buy white cake multiple times only to put it on a table, go practice programming on the computer or knitt. It makes the game unplayable and it's really not fun. I noticed that the NPC's or other played households do that too. I already removed my mods/cc and repaired the game. Nothing worked.
