• i even deleted the online storage and it still keeps happening

This is because the money and the cards as the neon, tire smoke honks and nitro colors are not saved in the save game, they are saved online. When you have more than one savegame you have acces to your otic updtes from all savegames.

I would not call it a bug, it would say its made a litle bit strange ...

so is there a way to fix this
