50crystal refill....again [ Edited ]

The game just did it to me again, I paid 50 crystals for a refill and it took them without adding the energy or tickets....it's like the 5-6th time now arghghghgh

In the first screenshot it shows that you don't have enough crystals to refill?

That's an after shot, had 59 bought a refill and didn't receive it
