500 Pity Timer to Heriloom?

hELLO - how many more ticks until I hit 500 for an heirloom pack? As far as I am concerned EA never removed the "pity timer" for an heirloom set which says you are guaranteed one within 500 packs.

I am trying to figure out how many more I need to buy without sinking too much into the game financially. I've spent far too much as it is. Believe I should receive an heirloom set within 40-100 packs. but dont want to buy 100 if i only need 40.....

Hi @LETM3WlN. 

The bad luck protection for heirlooms has not been removed. When Heirloom Shards were introduced it was changed so that you would receive 150 shards to buy an Heirloom from the store rather than just getting a random Heirloom. 

Unfortunately we don't have a way of seeing how many packs that have been opened. Once you hit 500 packs you'll get the Heirloom Shards after you open up number 500.

ok which is good but i know ive opened 500 and the only heirlooms i have are ones ive bought
