45 bonus energy not depositing to accts.

I have a f2p n a p2p acct. Today I got msgs on both accts at different times saying Bonus energy is available. So i stop what I'm doing and go to claim my bonus energy which is one reason I don't mind dropin 20's several times a week. Today when I go to claim said bonuses it is not available/does not deposit

Was this a one time occurrence on both accounts or did this happen again since?
