-30 AP BUG IN ARENAS RANKED (EVERY SINGLE LOSS) MUST BE FIXED ASAP

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just coming back from a match after every loss is -30 as Apex Predator (please read "compose" and try to understand.)

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? We lost about 6-7 games before the -30 AP issue came in no matter what team we lose to. even Apex Predators.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 5/30/22 and for my friend it was way earlier around 5/20/22
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter what team that you receive a loss from, you receive a -30 for AP. Normally, when losing to an Apex Predator team, the loss will only be -12 AP, but with the bug, even with a fight with an Apex Predator enemy team, a -30 is still received when it should only be -12 because that what the normal AP system should be doing. It is very gamebreaking and is causing a lot of really talented individuals to quit the game.
What should be happening instead? -12 AP should be a normal loss.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is a really hard bug to find, but it seems to occur when a certain amount of losses come in. It makes sense for the game to give you more negative AP on a losing streak, but doesn't seem to fix even after breaking through the losing streak and going on a winning streak which doesnt make sense (what I mean by that is even after breaking through the losing streak and receiving -30, you still get the -30 even after going on a big winning streak and IT OCCURS EVERY SINGLE LOSS) It is really easy to find if you have at least a Diamond rank level account because I also know certain individuals receiving that same bug in diamond as well and can be tested there. I have been Apex Predator in arenas before and this bug is definitely a struggle when felt first hand. I apologize if this is hard to understand. It was very hard to make it easy to understand. This must be fixed and is super game breaking.

A normal win for an Apex Predator in arenas is a +12 for one entire game.

With the Arenas AP -30 bug, Your earned point will be gone, as well as an extra 2 games of +12 that was won before that.
You can see where the frustration comes from.

It occurs every single loss now.

It takes 2 games to go back to around the same AP from where you started from.

Only a few players have this bug and it is a game changing one for sure.
