25 missing shards for Chewbacca

Hello everyone,

I'm calling for help!!

I play Star Wars: Galaxy Heroes, my in-game username is Lodus27;

my Ide EA: 7fbeb4q82yp4 and my ally code is 876-237-854.

I play this game on a mobile phone (Android).

I am a french player. 

My problem lies with the travel guide / Solo Adventures which allows you to unlock certain characters with their 7 stars.

By wanting to obtain Chewbacca (Legendary event, “wookie celebrity”), I succeeded in all the fights but in the end, this character is missing 25 shards for Chebacca to have his 7 stars.

I have already been in contact with the assistants and advisors of the EA team since September 11th.

And two files were opened concerning this same problem (15551985 by email and 154806693 by chat).

I did everything I was asked. I even recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game (idea of the advisor contacted by chat), and unfortunately still no results.

Apparently, none of the advisors contacted have the tools necessary to resolve my problem.

I'm starting to get really desperate and I'm really waiting for some concrete help to solve my problem.

I am attaching, again, screenshots showing this problem.

Ps: I saw this same problem in the forum and the player was helped and his problem resolved. So there is a solution but I think you have to find the right service.

Hello, A big thank you for these 25 sparkles.. I was then able to upgrade it to 7 stars so everything is now normal!!
I was desperate and now I am very happy again. You were very efficient and I thank you very much.
