Wraith Badge missing

@WesleySn1pez @gavv420 The badge is not earnable in Shadowfall mode by killing the Shadow Squad.
Some folks were able to earn it for a while, but this is no longer possible.

I did not receive Octane's Wake badge after getting exactly 22 kills in normal mode (worlds edge).
I have called multiple times, I have waited the 24 hours, I've done all the troubleshooting tasks and still not resolved. Been told to post on here to have my case resolved but don't understand how this would help anyway but here you go EA. If you could actually call back or something that would be helpful.
Second time now I've had issues with Apex.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dont know, finished match, no badge appeared, but all others did
I finished match with 23 kills, i got badge for 3 full squads but not the one for 20 kills in ome match, therefore i contacted ea support 3 times, first time they told me they will fix it but first i should wait 24 hours for sync if its ok. Nothing happened, then i contacted again, they told me they will help but did not help afterwards. Last time i contacted they helped me geetting it to support team of specialists and they needed me to write it here before they could help me. Can finally someone help me please already? I gave all proof on photos, ive done it legit in ranked match silver and nothing happened please help, i have it in my game stats but not the badge
