Hey, @VeldanZ

Do you still crash after you update to the latest Windows 10 build 1809 and update your video card driver? If the GeForce Experience is not automatically identifying one for you, please check Nvidia's official site for your card's driver.

Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for build 1809.

Hi @EA_Blueberry ,

     Yes, crashes are still happening from time to time. Oddly enough I find they are more frequent playing Mirage than any other legend.

Below is my latest crash file. I have the latest Nvidia driver, and the April version of Windows 10 installed. Thank you and the rest of your team again for the support! Still really enjoying the game, can't wait to see what it evolves into!

@VeldanZ

Thank you for the crash report! With your 6 core CPU are you able to play the game by turning down the video settings to medium/high when you're in game? Do you have the Texture Streaming Budget turned down and FPS capped out to 60 or 70?

Hi @EA_Blueberry

     So another issue i’m having is that I can’t set textures to high. Every time I try to save changes in settings, it reverts to medium. This only happens with textures.

     I’ve lowered shadows and effects and capped to 100 FPS, but I would think the RTX 2060 should handle 144 no problem at medium textures. My vram budget in game is set to high / 4 gb, w/ 2gb free. I’ll try lowering that and see if I still crash.

     One more thought, I am playing in 2k resolution. Would lowering to 1080 help, or is that not as taxing as texture detail?

@VeldanZ

I took off for the weekend before I was able to see your last response. Lowering resolution could definitely help. A lot of Legends have been avoiding crashes by capping out between 60-75 with their FPS

Hi @EA_Blueberry ,

     Thanks again for all your support and taking the time to respond. I've followed your suggestions and lowered to 1080p resolution, capped frames at 60 FPS, reduced as many other video settings to medium or lower as I could, yet I am still crashing. The last three crashes forced me out of the game with no crash text generated. The game simply freezes for about 15 seconds, and then my desktop appears. The latest crash showed the windows loading symbol while frozen. I wonder if this is related to the RTX card I have? I know there have been issues with the RTX and some games, which Nvidia is constantly working to patch.

     I know this must be high on the team's priority list, but I do hope you guys can get this under control soon. Like I said, I love the game, but the crashes are so frequent, it's making it hard to play (and level the BP, going after that sick Havoc!). This is especially true on weekdays when I have limited play time, as I assume is the case with most people. But all that said, thanks again to you and the team working on this, and for making such an awesome game!
