2-stack Confusion Dooku still countering in Defense of Dathomir Bonus Tier

Summarize your bug In the Defense of Dathomir event bonus tier, Count Dooku was still countering attacks (and thus healing himself) even with tier 2 Confusion debuff on him. It's not a raid, so he shouldn't count as a Raid Boss, but I think that's how he was acting.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My team was CLS, Han, Chewbacca, r2, c3po. Just get two stacks of Confusion on Dooku and then attack him. He will counter a lot, even though with Tier 2 confusion you're not supposed to be able to counter.

I eventually still won the final battle, but because of the counter issue, it took way longer than it should've with the team I used.

He IS considered as a raid boss and therefor just has a -30% malus on his counter chance.

You could also use Traya and put isolate on him to see that your chars will get crit damage up and health steal up when damaging him (which only happens on isolated raid bosse).

It's not a big deal, I can just go back to NS and daze him with the arrow thing.  I just wanted to see this clarified since DoD isn't a raid.
