Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I go the the world menu, there are two of each base game world. 2 Willow Creeks, 2 Oasis Springs, and 2 Newcrests.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are two versions of each base game world. Sometimes they are completely separate, but sometimes they will be mirrors of the other base game world. One of the worlds looks weird in live mode. Say if I placed a lot in Willow Creek 1 across the street, I can't see it from a different lot on that same street. Instead, I will see the lot I placed in Willow Creek 2 across the street, despite being in Willow Creek 1. Also I'm not sure if this matters but I am on short lifespan and generation 4 of my legacy.
What do you expect to see? One of each world, and the correct lot I placed across the street.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Sigmeund23 If you start a new save for testing purposes, does the same happen ?

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?

@crinrictI deleted locathumbcache and took my mods out and its still happening. I also made a random new save and there it is normal.

Edit: I am also unsure which save It is with the double worlds, how would I figure out what save it is.

@Sigmeund23 So I checked your save and I'm seeing the two base game worlds as well. I don't know why this happened or how to fix the save as the trick that works for DLC won't work for base game.

So only suggestion I have is to save all your households to the library and place them into a new save. You'll keep everything except the relationships outside a household

I'll pass on your save to EA
