Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Its impossible to load families again

I just downloaded the latest patch today and all of my saved games are working again!

Any mods/cc ? What's your platform ?

all the mods are disabled
cant load families like with the previous bug we had couple of weeks before

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a saved game and select a Sim to start playing
What happens when the bug occurs? Just the error screen attached pops up. Then you can load a different family and it seems to work, but not for this family.
What do you expect to see? The family load and start using the SIM I selected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Other Family's seem to load, but this family after one of the latest patches just seems to fail with that error message. The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:78cfe53c:7d651858. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.
