I am really sorry for those troubles with Battlefield 1. This may be just a random sync glitch. Can you try to reinstall the game, after Power cycling your console (you will need to turn it off and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes)?

@EA_Archi and all the other ea managers refuse to patch their issues. They then pass everything off as user error. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them because some Filipino lady on customer service froze my account saying I made a mistake when confirming the account. Long story short don’t buy ea products, the company is the worst software developer of our age
