Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. that time was in lobby not in map like last time
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. loading game

Hey @RememberMyIGN.
Are you running into that same error? If so can you try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with missing or corrupted data in the game files that may help fix this error.
If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how it goes when you can.

I have gotten this Engine Error message now for about 2 weeks when playing the game. My game has crashed more times these 2 weeks than I ever had since the launch of the game. The error is the same, except it says 'materials/correction/gcards/gibraltar/season02_epic_01.raw_hdr' instead of bangalore etc.
I have reinstalled my Graphics Drivers, and Repaired the game (Apex Legends) twice... I would be glad to get a explanation of why this error occurs and/or how I am able to fix it.
It first started the same week as the latest Big patch for Apex Legends was released FYI.
