used a code can't see gam

What happens when the bug occurs? A game I added doesn't show up on my library
What do you expect to see? Battlefield 1 on my library

A friend offered me Battlefield 1 via a code so I used it on ea desktop.
EA desktop said I successfully added the game to my library.
Now the game doesn't show up on my library on EA desktop.
I tried fully closing the app and restarting it and it doesn't show up.

I tried using Origin and I can see it in my library .

Is there something I can do to see it in my library on EA desktop or should I just use Origin?

hi i got the same problem can't find the game anywhere and when i go to the store  is for purchase

Have you reached out to our Support team yet? They should be able to confirm what account the code was redeemed on. If it was redeemed to your account they can verify whether it was successfully added to your account. If not, they can grant access.
