Summarize your bug im logged in on ea play with the app - the little red icon at the bottom right of the screen and im logged into xbox game pass but everytime i click to download a game it just says something went wrong head back and try again. try what again ? like it doesnt direct me to what i should try again with

I am sorry to hear that you're having all these issues with the EA Desktop app.

Is it maybe possible that your Xbox Gamertag is connected to an old, and maybe disabled or deleted, EA account? Most of the time this could be the cause of the issue.
