You don't have access error

Did you download the whole game Apex & after downloading played a bit & then uninstalled it? Or installed it & uninstalled it?

I see in other threads that this issue is supposed to be resolved, but I am still getting the same error after buying the palace edition on epic games store earlier today.

I bought fifa 23 on steam today. When i was starting the game its says 

''you don't have access'' also i can not even see the game on my EA collection. Could you guys help me please.

I've downloaded the game every way i know possible, However when i go to launch the game it just says i dont have access and the title has been downloaded by another user? I only have the one account and have had this PC since new. SS is attached

@kamuela710 hi I can't say I know why that would happen unfortunately but I would try and download the origin app first to see if the problem persists. Most of the people I know playing bf1 prefer to launch it with the origin app as it is less problematic. If the issue persists we can hope someone else can chime in

 got BF1 Revolution as gift on steam, gift got revoked , bought BF1 Revolution, you don't have access error.

Tried unlinking accounts and even resetting PC nothing worked. Can't play a game I have 50 hours and just bought

I bought FIFA 23 from Steam. I had previously bought Ea Play from the Steam application and was able to play FIFA 23. I have the same EA account connected but it gives error "You don't have Access".

I bought this game on epic games like a year ago, recently wanted to replay it. I can download the game via ea play, but failed to launch it. it just pops up "you don't have access".

Already tried a solution to a similar problem, download apex and cancelled the downloading soon after. It didn't work.

Please provide another solution.
