Summarize your bug Randomly while the app is running I get a message dialog titled "An error of an unresolvable nature has occured"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch EA Desktop and let it run
What happens when the bug occurs? A message dialog shows up, constantly alt+tab'ing me from any game I'm playing
What do you expect to see? no error happening
I've been getting this message showing up for a while, but in the last 1 or 2 weeks it has been showing frequently... like at least once every 30 minutes.
I wouldn't mind this that much if it wasn't for that message getting focus, meaning ANY game I'm playing gets alt+tab'ed out of nowhere (and this happens twice for some reason, regardless of closing that message or not).

As of today this issue no longer happens. I belive the update that added Discord integration fixed it.

Exact same issue here can't play a full game of FIFA 22 before i get this error and EA Desktop disconnects and reconnects

Hi everyone,
I just opened a game and I did see this error message pop-up. I haven't been able yet to play a game for some time (work seems to get in the way), but how often does this error message pop-up for you?
Are you using any firewalls/anti-virus/VPNs?

I get this as well, every time I try to boot an EA game from EA desktop. Click play, there is a short pause and then the error appears in a separate window with the Desktop App stating I've lost connection. Using Windows Defender.

I have tested today again to try to find some patterns.
Cleared the app cache (help -> restart app) and then went to play Apex. Took 1 hour to get that error.
Methodology for this one is scuffed, as the first 30 minutes I didn't have the window open. In the last 30 minutes I had the window open. Can say when the message popped up, the app was unusable for around 5 seconds, then it reconnected. (what I show in the picture)
Using Kaspersky Internet Security as antivirus.

No VPN. No firewalls outside of the normal windows one, and haven't done any other major changes to anything before this started to happen.

Lost the most important game because of alt tab.... In fifa 22
