Hi @pisiu007,

As EA Desktop is stating that you don't have an internet connection, you can try to do the following:

• Temporarily disable your anti-virus and firewalls.
• Make sure that you don't have a VPN or proxy enabled. 
• Try logging in on a wired connection. 
• Clear EA Desktop's cache via App Recovery.
