Regarding locked topic cant download

You are right! Sorry about that. In that case we'll need the install log files, located in: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

They look something like this:

Origin_Beta_20200420135147.log

Origin_Beta_20200420135147_000_OriginBeta.msi.log

You can just attach them to your post, and we'll grab 'em from there.

Lastly, I'll open the other post again, and will merge this post. Since you can't (doh!) create a bug report, we'll continue to use this as a main thread.

Glad to hear that! 

You'll still have the log files on your system, so if you feel like it we'd still love to see those to investigate. It might prevent the issue for other players :-)

@McBigBob Same. I tried like 3 times, changed directories, nothing. When I run the installer and click start it basically says "downloading stuff" or something like that then when the loading ends it starts again, it does that like 3 times and then it crashes.

1st time installed ok. Stil had Origin installed.

Was having issues in BF5 menus ( lots of things weren't showing ), decided to uninstall Origin and EA Desktop. Now, i cannot install. Same behaviour reported in this threat.
