How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install the EA Desktop and try to change the language.
What happens when the bug occurs? The software cannot be installed.
What do you expect to see? Being able to change the installer language and see the software installed on my computer.

I tried to install the EADesktop app, my version came in Spanish in my email then, I cannot change the installation language, after that, it started to show "downloading some stuff", and after that nothing happened... the Software isn't working yet so there is no software installation after 3 tries.

Like the title says it just crashes after I install it even when using admin rights it still happens.

Bonjour,

J'avais mis l'exécutable d'installation dans mon Disque dure D ça n'à pas fonctionner, en mettant mon exécutable dans le disque C (principal) l'installation à fonctionner.

Peut-être que ça fonctionnera aussi pour vous.

Try moving the installer to the main drive (I have C) and run from there.
It helped me.

I kinda have this problem too. It has downloaded but it won't let me open it saying i have to close origin. But its not open.

@FanTaliZorah I didn't change the installation path, i left the predefined to C:\.......\Programs

@MatangerOrigin First of all, I think if u will translate it straight to english it would be more easier for everyone to understand this. Because if someone asks it on english answer on english too. It is not so hard to open Google Translate and translate. Secondly, I have only one disk - "C"
