Summarize your bug When I try to install The Sims 3, it says an unable to install
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is only 1 step: Press the download button on The Sims 3
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to Install There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing Game Name Unavailable. Restart your PC and try again.
What do you expect to see? I want to see it start downloading.

No, sadly I didn’t.

@BestKidJames I had the same problem. I went back, and opened every notice and the cookie agreement, then tried it again, and it's downloading right now.
Short answer: open everything. Worked on a Windows 10 machine.
