EA Desktop app - Change game install location error

Same for me! This is a "show stopper" for me. Please fix this since many users do not install games on C:\

I had the same problem with the ea desktop my soulution was opening file manager and manually copy and pasting the file location it seems to have worked for me

Same here. I don't have enough room on my C-drive to start throwing games on there. It's what I use my Hard Drive and my External SDD for.

@Kalarn Another error that I have is I haven't any chance to change the folder defaut for install.

The trouble to me is the C:/ hasn't space enough to install anything.

When I try to change the fold I only see the white panel.

Was due to Windows restricted acces folder setting -> ransomware protection -> PICNIC problem on my part

Same here and because of this I can't download any game

@Krenias I just found a temporary solution, when the blank window appear on the folder bar bellow I write this

D:\Program Files\EA Games

and work just fine! Only before doing this you have to go to your select drive and create this folders or not this ones, you can just create a folder anywhere, copy the path of the folder and paste it on that Folder bar bellow the blank space.

I still hope they could solve this problem but with this I know can install my games

Oh, I just got this problem. I dont get a black screen though. All I did was pressing the Reset to default in download settings, and THEN changing the path. Thanks anyways !
