Game missing from my collection.

All games missing (including Sims 4) from the "collection tab" in the EA app. Tried clearing the cache, re-logging etc. but everything is still missing. I have only one account, so I'm most certainly logged into the correct one. Payment history shows I have purchased the game (back when it wasn't free) and additional DLC, on the website. Help.ea.com not allowing me to make a new ticket about the issue.

Same happen to me first time tonight try to access my Sims 4 and nothing happen also found out game collection empty in app.

Summarize your bug I cannot see any of my games in my collection, it is literally empty, while having all the games installed, i've been playing fifa yesterday, i wanna do it today and cannot cause there are not any games in my library

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just log on and check the collection
What happens when the bug occurs? None of my games show up in my collection, can't play any game which i own.
What do you expect to see? all of my games which i have paid to be able to play them, and they are missing, like come on guys

i have tried reinstalling the app, resetting my internet connection such us DHCP DNS etc. i have tried flushing all the cache in the app, none of that works.

I was playing Battlefield 2042, when i exited the game and went to My Collection, the following message appeared:

"Your collection is empty"

As the message says, my game library is empty. I tried clearing the cache, logging out and reinstalling the app, but no luck so far...

Is this a server side issue? How can it be fixed?

I have also given a screenshot of the message.

I have the same problem. I was playing Fifa 2022 perfectly fine 2 days ago, fifa from gamepass. Today when double clicked to start fifa, ea app launched by nothing happen. Screeen shows it all, now games in collection and this yellow banner means: "loading is longer. w8 for us to resolve the issue".

I had several games from origin, like dragon age 3 with dlc or mass effect andromeda etc. I logged to my ea account from website and I still have those games on my order list, so it's not some "new account" or "different account" scenario. The account is the same, 2 days ago it was working normally, no EA App does not see installed games at all, does not see my purchesed games also at all, and I can't launch any game either. 
I was trying to relog and resintall ea app -> no change.
