Summarize your bug After putting in my log in id and password I get a pop up that says Something went wrong... There's a problem with you account
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to log in?
What happens when the bug occurs? It will not let me log in
What do you expect to see? my account logged on

I did manage to get it running after uninstalling an App I was using called Smart App that tracks my data and gives me rewards every couple of months. Not sure if that was the issue but the EA desktop and my Steam are now working correctly lol.

Same I get error 10005. Cannot launch the app at all.  Its mind boggling that a billion dollar company can have such absolute trash apps.

I was driving insane thinking it was some problem of mine, the worst part of this is that this app is the only way to acces EA GamePass games, what a mess

so glad its not just me. i had an issue with the logging in to the app yesterday around 5pm est. i was able to access it later on around 9 but again today im unable. getting the same error 10005 code. hope a full proof fix is worked out soon

Same here, tried reinstalling and cleaning all the caches, nothing helped so far.

@Edit: nvm, this was only a temporary thing apparently

@Edit2: okay, so it's happening again, so I guess it's still an issue, probably on the EA servers
