Summarize your bug Sims 4 shows on the browse games, its telling my to Subscribe to play or to buy the game. I bought the game through origin, but when i look through the DLCs it says i already own them
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the purchased game on origin then open EA desktop browse games then click your game look for play button.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing is there
What do you expect to see? The ability to play and see the game in collections
Add the game to EA Desktop for those who purchased it

We have a general topic about some games missing on the EA app that you can find here:
It lists some causes as to why this could be happening and what you could do to solve it. Please leave a reply in that thread instead as I'll be locking this one.
That being said, I do have a potential solution for you: Download and install Origin and play the game through there.
It's not the best solution, but it certainly does help players getting back into their game.
