PC - EA app HUGE problem

I want to run fifa 21, downloaded about 10 days ago, played already, i wanted to play today too, but it says i dont have access, this game could be downloaded on your device by another user, i didnt switched user adn noone has access to my accounts its some EA crap, someone know solution?
