@FrozenoulisIf this is what it is this is * and I'll still never buy another game. So effectively it has to be online all the time to play. Screw that. I'm done with EA. Nice knowing you Bioware and Maxis....

Getting the "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang in tight while we try to solve the problem" error message on EA. I can't access my game. I haven't been able to for awhile now. Gee... so glad I can't play a game I've paid for and been playing for a few years. I never had this issue with origin. Ridiculous!!!

Trying to launch BF2042 through the launcher (not through EA app) and it doesn't even know that my account owns the game... (see screenshot)

The same thing, but the games are launched, I did not check online, but there is no list in the ea app (((

I have the same problem. The app worked fine until an hour ago, now there are no games showing up in my collection

And, no, resetting the password (??) doesn't work.

Same! I have the same problem with Sims 4 and I got mid-panic thinking all my games got deleted... however I did managed to get it work without the app. If you have your game as shortcut icon on your desktop you can double click it and it will pop up the app but then few seconds later it will launch your game. I do hope the launch app works.

Same here, my sims 4 game with all pcks etc have disapeared
