No more game library?

Yep, same issue here -- no games in my library, literally out of nowhere. The installed games launch, oddly enough, but they don't appear in my game library or are marked as purchased. Never had an issue like this before. What is this??

I went to go play and instead of seeing my game library, the "My Collection" page says "Your collection is empty. Purchase games or join EA Play to start building your collection."

I'm also getting a yellow bar at the top of the client that says "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem."

Is there a network/server/system-wide issue causing this? Or is there something wrong on my end?

Looking through some similar posts, it sounds like some people had success with relogging, restarting, or clearing the cache, but that didn't work here.

I am having the same problem. It started when I tried to get battlefield hardline to load. I tried to repair the game, it keeps crashing when it tries to start. Now all my games are gone. Nothing in my collection. Even Battlefield hardline is not listed anymore.
