How the hell do I uninstall games through EA Desktop app?

I uninstalled two games via EA-Desktop, but they both still show as installed in "My Collection - installed" (but with a download button next to them?!). In the Xbox app, both games are also incorrectly showing as installed.

Could you clear the cache via the App Recovery tool for EA Desktop @Mersar?

@Mersar Perfect, thanks for letting me know. Must have been some pesky cached files thinking the games were still there.

this app is a joke regardless of it being in beta, how could you not implement an uninstall feature?

I see that this topic is still receiving quite a bit of views, do you think that the uninstall feature is still too hard to find?

@EA_Jason Yes obviously.. I cannot remove BF2042 from my PC in any way the EA desktop app is complete garbage. Sure I see the screenshot with the 3 dots but mine doesn't have it. Updated app, and cleared cache, still not there. Gonna make sure I never touch EA desktop ever again

Hi @NightwalkOG,

You mean that you cannot uninstall the Battlefield 2042 beta at all, as in the files cannot be removed from your PC, or that the game tile still appears in My Collection and that you can't get rid of the tile?

@EA_Jason Uninstalling the game from the control panel says it is uninstalled, but all files stay there. There's numerous counts of others having this problem, still. I had to download a third party software to uninstall it.
