Summarize your bug Download of games don't work. Games tried: Apex Legends They Are Billions
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You click download, pick a location, survey appears and then nothing happens after that.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? I expected the game to download.

This has been resolved for Carbonic by restarting EA Desktop. We've still gathered the Error Reports in case we need to review.

I have the same problem, it also is showing that I do not own The Sims 4 Vampires DLC GP04, but I do. I own all DLC except The Sims Journey to Batuu GP09.

@Straatford87 I have this problem, I cannot download any of the games I own. I have tried restarting EA Desktop, I even restarted my PC as well. Still cannot download any of the games I own

Not really resolved by restarting. I restarted the app, OS, reinstalled the app with and without Origin installed and as other stated still can't download any game.

Further I got is an infinite loop under Active downloads stating Preparing, Calculating time...

I actually can't download most of my games but usually I get an error saying "There was a slight hiccup and we couldn’t finish installing [last successfully installed game]. Restart your PC and try again." There are some games that do install, however, and one that doesn't even ask me for the install location.

• Rocket Arena

No Install Location Prompt

• The Sims 4

Error Message

• Apex Legends
• Bejeweled 3
• Dragon Age: Origins
• Plants vs. Zombies
• SPORE
• The Sims 3

Unfortunately, these are the only games I own on Origin so I can't test any other games.

I am having the same problem and restarting doesn't help. Plus not all of my games are in My Collection on the Desktop App

Again is not fixed. I can't install Dragon Age Inquisition.
