Dear dear EA, I'm one of your fellow brazilian users that are experiencing a offline mode "bug" from the EA desktop app, I know that we dont have acess to the app yet, but I really wanted to use EA play with my gamepass ultimate subscription, so could you please instead of saying to jsut wait for you to do your thing, give us a time frame of when we'll have access to the app for example: "15th of january" or any other date, just give us something please.
