Cant download dlc

Summarize your bug I have ea play subscription and I cant download DLC for battlefield 4. In origin it says i own them but in ea desktop i still need to purchase them. This is a weird bug. I cant download them in both. I tried deleting the cache and reinstalling origin and downloading windows 10 again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to get an account with ea play and try to download battlefield 4 with DLC.
What happens when the bug occurs? cant download dlc or cant add to queue
What do you expect to see? To download the dlc since i have BF4 premium and the dlc should be included.

I dont know, maybe it is a syncing issue? I should be able to download them both but it doesnt work
