spin shares not paying out

Has anyone else experienced No payout after spending your Gold Bars to purchase Spin Shares in Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook? I play from a HP Laptop using Google Chrome as my Browser. It has happened to me often. Last week I purchased 17 Spin Shares to us as payouts in a Contest that I held in a Group on FB and out of the 17 Spin Shares, 3 were DUDS, as in NO PAY OUT so I just wasted Gold Bars; Oh and I forgot to mention that the 17 Spin Shares cost me 1,500 Gold Bars and they don't come easy.
