Who is answering at support? A computer?

Just got an answer back from s7pport that doesn’t even closely resemble a answer, when we tell support something is wrong or has changed they sho7ld address the information, not make up excuses, and or say it’s the developers fault, etc,,, get the problem fixed.!

There should 3 options available - phone, text chat (human) and text chat (bot).

Normally you'll get a bot if it's after hours or the human operators are unavailable, maybe try issuing another ticket and request a different option
