New phone, would like to transfer purchasing.. but not working

I play Bejeweled Stars, I bought a new phone, and need to Store Purchased from my old phone... but it does not work

was on level 342+- and now I have to start over

how can I get the powers that I purchased.

Your progress is tied to your Facebook account so as long as your Bejeweled Stars is synchronized with Facebook you can log in from any device without having to start from the beginning. If you still have access to your old phone I recommend logging into that and sync up with Facebook so you can then log into the game with the same Facebook account on your new device.
