Leaderboard won’t update

Today starts a new week but my leaderboard won’t reset, it still shows my last weeks high score, but it does show my friends new scores. The option also isn’t there to send coins to someone. I’ve done all the recommended steps but nothing has changed.

It also doesn’t update when I try to play on Facebook from my laptop. The last thing I was told was that this was something that is out of their control...really??

Have you removed the app entirely and then relaunched it? You have to remove it from your Settings section,go to the BB page and "play now". Your coins and everything in your stash will remain and you will see a shortcut on your left side bar in FB after you play the first game.
