I am missing one gold bar, and my coins always end in one!

I am missing one gold bar and my coins always end in one, no matter what the score. This is my second letter and the problem is still not resolved. Can you please help me.  Maybe send me a phone number wher I can reach a live person so I can explain more clearly!
