Gold bars/free spins

I always use my gold bars for free spins and yesterday there was no where on the game to allow me to that. Only to buy them. So I emailed EA games and they said I sent them an email saying I didn't want that feature listed anymore. How absurd. I didn't send them an email regarding that at all. They told me they could not help me and to post on this forum. I'm so pissed off. Thank you
