Can't turn music off in Bejeweled Blitz (Facebook, online version)

In the new version, there's only one slider to adjust the music/game sounds volume. If you turn off the music, you can't hear any game sounds. Game sounds are important (to get blazing speed, to know when "extra time" begins, to hear the sound to let you know the game has 30 seconds, 15 seconds left.  It's very annoying (for some of us) to have the music playing during the game, and when you leave the game for a minute to do something else on the computer, it's still going. This needs to be fixed (please).

At least YOU can play the new version. I'm stuck on the chest screen because I can't see the entire game!

Same here! I want the old version back!! I did not want the update but it did not give me the choice!!!!

I am trying to find out if there is a way to get rid of the annoying music on the new version of Bejeweled Blitz with out turning off the volume so that I can't hear game play.  Your last answer was absolutely no help.  Fed up!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of the music or change it so that the music and game sounds can be controlled separately.  I don't know of anyone who cares about music playing constantly.  I have played very little since the update because of this, it's really sad.  If you can't do that, then at least give us the choice of the old game or the new one - I bet you will see people swarming back to the old version.

And what a surprise, the game is down AGAIN today.  I give up.  Will find another game to play.
