@Summerscogirl1 Have you checked your connection to ensure that it is all running as best it can. Can you try power cycling your router and clearing the cache on your device?

As always the problem is never with the game as far as you're concerned. The solution you keep supplying does not work so the problem is with your upgrade. Please sort it out!!
