Bejeweled blitz has a bug on my iphone, who will fix it

I do need help with this issue, I sent a lot of messages to EA and they said to ask a moderator or someone that built the game....So here I am asking to someone that will be kind enough to help me about the bug in bejeweled blitz...I'll explain what is happening, when I want to collect some free coins on iphone in my game the window opens up and I click to watch the ad, but it never lets me collect and that page comes over and over...Would someone help me with this bug issue..,thank you!!
