why isn't Friend list not loading in Bejeweled Blitz

My leader board friends have been gone for a week, new game rolled over today and still can't see anyone's scores except mine. Actually I won't start the new week until I see my friends names on there. Can you help?

@EA_Mai lost money and "high score status" while playing Bejeweled Blitz when it froze

BeJeweled 3 playing on XBox X failed to access the leaderboard and consequently unable to update my score from Lightning. For the past couple of weeks, I get a message that says "There was an error writing to leaderboards. Would you like to retry?" Retries did not help. Un-installed and re-installed the game app did not fix. The network connection and the account sign-in were working fine. XBox X local memory has plenty of space. Please help.

My friend list is different on my iPhone Bejeweled Blitz app. My friend list is correct on my iPad Mini but not my iPhone. How can I resolve this issue?

As of today's date, 6/20/2023, my leader board still is not loading. It has been weeks since its been available with correct friends on it. Only person on there is myself and I know for a fact that I have many friends that play this game. Please help ASAP!!!!!
