No help from EA help helps. Already had chat to no avail. Windows 10 Sept 18th update or the latest Origin patch causes it?
Windows 10 appears to have taken ownership of my Origin version as it keeps referring to my Microsoft Xbox avatars and asking me to use "game overlay" and windows key and "G" key to start the game. I only played the game a few days ago ok. Send in error report message with unabĺle to reach PopCap's servers please retry. Grrr.
I also only had the option to download the game even though it was already installed. Repairing, removing Origin in game useless as were all the other options told to try. Uninstalled Origin and reinstalled ....didn't work either.
Looks like Microsoft are trying to take over EA's games!!
Sims 4 works ok though!
Using System restore to remove last Windows update to see if that works.
