BAP Game Timer always running fast

Is anyone else having the issue in BAP when you set the period time to 20 minute it still runs like it's a 5 min period. So I'm getting maybe 1 shift a period starting out so I don't even have a chance meet any of the promises it forces me to take. You'd think for a game they barely change annually, they would make sure that the options and basic functionality would work by now. If I am missing something EA, please let me know. I've attached the settings I'm using. And when I start a game I use the Real Time option for the game. Should I be using the custom instead?

Edit: I found out this is an issue we're aware of and investigating. I don't have any other details currently though.
