my ea account has been hacked

my ea account got hacked but good for me i still have my psn account linked to it but the guy that hacked the account has changed the email and i cant re change the email becaouse it requires a verification code which i cant get is there any way possible to get myu account back?

So sorry to hear about your account! While we aren't able to help with compromised accounts here on the forums, the live support team can help you re-secure your EA Account. 

Please contact the live support team for further help on this by submitting a request on the help site here. If you run into any troubles getting in contact with live support there, you can let me know. 

Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).

I'm sorry to hear the EA Help site's acting up for you. 😓  Let's try opening it up in an incognito tab on PC, without logging in to the site, with the following link:  https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/?r=1

Try selecting these options from there:

1. On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
2. Select See all help topics.
3. Select the Manage my account category.
4. Select I need help with my hacked account.
5. Click 'Continue without signing in'.
6. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear (I consistently get the option to reach out via live chat with this).

Let me know if those options work out for you. 

Once in touch with an advisor, let them know the email on your EA account so they can pull up your account right away and start helping you.
