cant go online on battlefield v and 1

hi just got bfv and i installed it, pressed play and then the game started normal. i played the first intro war story and then i came to the main menu. and it says cant go online. so i pressed the online button but it didnt connect. and whenever i restart the game everything restrarts and i have to play the intro war story again only to find out that i cant play online

Same issue. Bought the game Christmas eve. Its not my modem, its not my wifi since I'm hardwired from the modem. I have trouble shot every thing and it is all good. It is on EA. Maybe after they get off their Christmas break we can get a product that actually works. They need to fire the skeleton crew. Three failures in a row. Failure to connect, failure to update and cannot update JS bundle. I am very dissatisfied. Fix this rubbish.

Right-click on the game in your Origin Games Library to repair it. (The game must be closed down)

This really shouldn't have made it into the final game please fix this it is still a problem.
