bf5 crashing

hello so my bf5 keep crashing i tried to run a system check checked if any update were available did a clean boot now what can i do

Ive got the same problem game freezes for 1 sec and its closing by itself and then ea play is showing error 404 and nothing more

So for me that worked go to setting video advanced and put your reselution on minimum fidelity if that doesn't work go in your file documents battlefield v delete setting and if that doesn't work delete the battlefield v documents (update with a screenshot later)
